📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide? 🌎 We sure do! We love sending our gear to fans all over the globe.
Where do you ship from? 📍 Everything is shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
How long until my order arrives? ⏳ Because our gear is in high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. We promise it’s worth the wait!
What if my order never shows up? 🚫 If it’s been over 30 days and your package hasn't arrived, we’ll give you a full refund—no questions asked.
💳 Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept? 💸 We keep it simple: we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed? 🗓️ We work Monday through Friday. It usually takes 1–3 business days to get your order ready, and it ships the very next day. (Note: We take a break on weekends and holidays!)
Can I change or cancel my order? ✏️ We move fast! Please let us know within 12 hours of ordering if you need to make a change. After that, it’s likely already on its way, but you can always return it for a refund once it arrives.

How do I return something? 🔄 It’s easy! Just email us at albahar2026ha@gmail.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.
What if my order is damaged or wrong? ⚠️ We’re so sorry! If something is missing or broken, email us right away with your order number and a few photos. We’ll fix it ASAP.
When will I get my refund? 💰 Once processed, the money goes back to your original payment method. For card payments, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the bank to show the credit.
⚖️ Customs & Taxes
The prices on our site are in USD and don’t include taxes. You might be responsible for import duties or local taxes once the package hits your country. Since these fees are set by your local customs office, it's a good idea to check with them if you have questions! 🏢
